About Me
Personal
I am an Aquarian tree hugger, life lover, peace activator and water protector. I seek to be of
service to others because I am only here due to all the amazing people that helped me. My life
has been the balance of both beautiful and extremely difficult. I have found my own personal
healing through my dedication to the Indigenous Red Road, keeping the ancient traditions alive
for the ancestors and the next seven generations. I have also kept my spirit alive and thriving
through the Sacred Hoop and the path of the danzante, a Mexica/Aztec Dancer. Time in nature
fills my heart and reminds me that I am not separate from Source. I can be found reading for
hours, doing arts and crafts, laughing unstoppably, and taking juicy afternoon naps.
Overall, I am my ancestors’ wildest dreams.
Professional
I hold a Master’s degree in both Human Development/Social Change and Justice and Counseling
Psychology. I am currently on the path to become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Through my deep desire to help others, I became a certified Holistic Life Coach to also be able
to be of service in that capacity as well.
I have been working with youth and communities for over 20 years. For the last 16 years, I
traveled the globe facilitating bully prevention trainings and trauma informed council circles for
schools. I am now currently the Dean of Student and Family Services for a Charter High School. This work has also led me to become a certified Restorative Justice trainer through the International Institute for Restorative Practices, bringing individuals together to connect with themselves and others.
